The parts of FBI agents Scully and Mulder will be played by Kimberly Kane and Anthony Rosano, and New Sensations contract performer Ashlynn Brooke will play a major supporting role.
The production was written and directed by Sam Hain and was shot on a six-day schedule. Director of photography Eddie Powell shot it using the high-definition Red camera.
"It is the first movie of its kind with a budget of this magnitude to be shot on the Red," New Sensations/Digital Sin publicist Janeen Gensen told XBIZ. "We even shot the sex on it. One of the reasons we chose to shoot on the Red is because we can pull screen captures, so the majority of the images for the movie will be pulled directly from the film.
"The images are amazing. I promise you haven't seen anything like it before."
"The X-Files: A Dark XXX Parody" is planned for a fall release.
