The deal will include a slate of appearances across Australia, including in-store visits, signings, print work, as well as radio and TV interviews and photo shoots.
Calvista Australia CEO Michael Bassett said he was thrilled to add Dorcel to his company’s portfolio.
“It’s a strong, consistent brand delivering high quality European production values and already has a considerable fan base in our territories,” he said. “Combine Calvista Australia’s strong distribution and promotional ability with Dorcel’s edgy seductive Euro flavor — it’s a great fit.”
The deal comes in the wake of Dorcel's February pact with Canadian video-on-demand network Sureflix Digital Distribution. That deal covered gay content and provided Dorcel with VOD distribution platforms by a company called Deutsche Telekom.
