All-male sexpic is the first in a line of extreme-fetish blue movies titled Rough. A promo tagline reads, "We didn't invent fetish, we just perfected it."
Although "Shock Treatment" is the directorial debut of studio exclusive Tony Buff — who peppered the intense sexcapades with several known names — it comes with a warning from Titan:
"This film portrays realistic and authentic BDSM and fetish sex. These are not actors but experienced BDSM players doing what they love to do. This is hardcore extreme sex at its most raw and realistic."
Buff co-directed with Paul Wilde and anchors two scenes; the first with singly named "big-dicked bottom-boy" Element, who is "tied up for some stimulating urethral sound play that gets the bottom's cock and body shaking and exploding," the studio said.
Derek da Silva is subjected to a crank generator in Buff's literally shocking second scene. "This is one of the most intense electro-shock cock-and-ball-torture fetish sequences ever filmed,” said the studio. "This is one scene you have to see to believe."
Featured players include Andreas Cavalli, Mitch Colby and Adam Knox.
A dedicated URL for the Rough fetish line has been set up at Rough.titanmen.com.
In related news, Titan is currently flacking medical-fetish sexpic "Triage," leather-BDSM blue movie "Folsom Flesh" and TitanMen Fresh import "Spark Plug."
