Mike Barry, director of adult operations for AdultDVDEmpire, said the new VOD titles are exclusive to AdultDVDEmpire.
“We’re … the first website to offer VOD from Digital Playground,” said Barry. “We’re proud to be able to offer our customers VOD content they cannot get anywhere else.”
Barry said there are 99 Digital Playground titles currently streaming through AdultDVDEmpire, including several of Digital Playground’s best-known releases, such as “Island Fever 1,” “Island Fever 2,” “Forbidden Tales,” “Devon Stripped” and “The Jack’s Playground” series.
Many more are planned for the future.
AdultDVDEmpire has been pushing hard to capitalize on the streaming video market lately. Just last week the company’s brand was featured in a new service from Akimbo Systems, which launched an expanded VOD service that will allow Windows XP Media Center 2005 PC users to view its adult and mainstream content.
Digital Playground’s epic sex tale “Pirates” was one of the best pre-ordered titles of all time on AdultDVDEmpire in September.
