They're calling it TALS, and it works like this: Using a central control panel, webmasters can control the flow of their traffic across multiple domains. TALS also gives webmasters the option to direct surfers to a friendly holding page while repairing one or more links.
"[TALS provides the webmaster] with a more search-engine-friendly URL to send your surfers to," a company representative said, later adding, "Most webmasters have experienced it when a sponsor fails to tell its affiliates that some sites are taken offline. Sometimes the entire program just goes offline without any notice. In those times, TALS can really speed up the recovery process and get your traffic back on track."
TALS provides stats by day, week or month and is free to download.
