“I enjoyed my time being with Digital Playground, but I thought it was time to branch out,” Armani told XBIZ. “I’ve been doing a bunch of mainstream work that I’d like to continue, as well as work for other adult companies.”
Armani said she made less than 10 movies with Digital Playground after the studio her signed in October.
The starlet is making a big push for mainstream acting and modeling gigs and recently landed a cameo role in Adam Sandler’s upcoming comedy “Born To Be A Star,” in which she appeared topless as a hot-tub girl.
She also recently shot for the new series “Designated Driver” on HBO and appears on the current cover of Girls of Penthouse magazine.
“I loved working in both mainstream and adult,” Armani said. “I’m really looking forward to working on a variety of projects. I think I’m pretty versatile so I’m eager to show that. I’m SAG eligible, so I want to get my card and pursue mainstream while still getting nasty and hardcore in adult.”
Armani’s talent representation plans were unclear, but she is represented for publicity by adult public relations outfit The Star Factory.
"Angelina was a great addition to Digital Playground during her time with the company and everyone wishes her the best," company publicist Christopher told XBIZ.
