According to Brad Saltzman, president of the Hustler Bar & Grille initiative, the first restaurant is planned for the Las Vegas Strip by the first quarter of 2006, soon to be followed every three to four months by locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Arizona, San Diego and Florida.
Calling the decor “casual themed,” Saltzman said the restaurants will feature Flynt memorabilia, some of the more famous Hustler magazine covers, sports televisions and a menu of classic American standards, including wood-fired pizzas, rotisserie chicken and a selection of steak dishes, salads and burgers.
Waitress uniforms will be mini satin red shorts with a Hustler logo and a half-cropped tank top with the Hustler Bar & Grille logo.
“It’ll be a lot like Hooters meets Hard Rock Café; very mainstream,” Saltzman said, adding that there will be no nudity, and while families are welcome, the target market for the chain will most likely be men in the 24-45 age range and women in the 21-40 range.
Saltzman said they are aggressively seeking location offers in Las Vegas, but that the restaurant will most likely be housed in one of the big hotels on the Strip.
Flynt’s Hustler Club recently took home top honors at the 13th Annual Gentlemen’s Club Owner Awards in Las Vegas, winning the award for Best Nude Club of the Year/Northeast.
