Adam & Eve held a spaghetti lunch to benefit the organization, with over a thousand dollars going to OCSS’s general fund that helps struggling families with housing, utilities and basic needs.
“In these tough economic times, it is extra-important to support needy families in our community. As more and more people have loss of income, it becomes a challenge to keep food on the table and lights on in the home,” said Chad Davis, director of marketing for Adam & Eve. “We are happy to help with these simple necessities for folks in our county.”
PHE does various fundraising events throughout the year with causes ranging from cancer to animals, and other important issues that effect the community.
