Kevin Cunningham Returns to Credit Card Processing

CYBERSPACE — After almost four years serving as Twistys’ business development manager, Kevin Cunningham has returned to his roots in credit card processing. Cunningham now heads up ChargeNational’s newly created adult division.

Cunningham has spent recent weeks working on NATS and MPA3 integration along with helping to develop a new brand that the company will market its adult services under.

“I hope to have all of that taken care of soon and then bring our first adult clients on-board shortly thereafter,” Cunningham said. “I’m really excited to be back in billing and look forward to this new challenge.”

An eight-year adult industry veteran, Cunningham got his start at iBill in 2001 where he managed a portfolio that included Twistys and NakedSword. He joined Twistys in 2005.

“[Twistys owner] Shap was always one of my favorite clients,” Cunningham said. “When he offered me an opportunity with his company, I jumped on it right away. I have always looked up to Shap as an industry leader. I am very thankful for my time at Twistys, the three-and-a-half years I spent with him were a huge step in my career development.”

Cunningham came to ChargeNational through a headhunter that specialized in staffing for the credit card processing industry. He’s one of the few industry professionals that’s worked for both a processor and an affiliate program client. According to Cunningham, ChargeNational has more than 20,000 clients and does more than $4 billion in annual sales volume.

“My tenure at Twistys gave me a keen insight into the general management and day-to-day operations of an adult program,” Cunningham said. “Having this knowledge will help me better understand and serve the needs of my clients.”

Cunningham will be available for meetings at the Phoenix Forum tomorrow through Sunday. To make an appointment, call (407) 256-2874, or email kcunningham@chargenational.com.
