Quinlan, who owns OC Cash along with being its director of marketing, told XBIZ that he wants his new company to "do more than just book girls to get fucked." He wants to craft careers.
"We're building our girls as a brand," he said. "And we're combining all of our web knowledge to do that."
Quinlan said that he wants to help his models build full and well-rounded careers, and although he didn't want to reveal every part of his plan, he did say that he and his team plan to offer guidance on how to build an effective website, as well as tips on how to manage a successful career on the feature-dancing circuit.
"The girls will be able to make money in as many ways as they want to," he said.
The company is welcoming inquiries from fresh faces of all stripe. Quinlan said that most of the models on his opening roster are new.
"We want to do more than just cater to the hot, big-tit blonds," he said. "We want girls in different niches that the other agencies don't have."
According to Quinlan, this new company started with his partner, longtime content shooter Eric Lesher, whose resume includes credits with XXXCash.com and Brazzers. Quinlan said that his company fronted Lesher some capital to get the ball rolling.
Although the company has already started to book models on jobs, Quinlan said that he's planning a more formal launch in about a month, or whenever they amass 20 women.
"It's only a matter of time before the next Jenna Jameson walks through the door," Quinlan said.
