Tera Patrick Featured in New 'Fit 4 Sex' DVDs

LOS ANGELES — Adult performer Tera Patrick is appearing in three new sexual-fitness exercise DVDs under the umbrella title “Fit 4 Sex.” The exercise program on the DVDs helps viewers increase flexibility, tone up, improve stamina and "ultimately own the bedroom."

“We all know why we work out.” Patrick said. “It is to look and feel better for our partners. This is the first DVD that directly relates physical fitness to sexual happiness.”

"Fit 4 Sex" combines a workout DVD and a sexual position guide, offering a new approach on a workout for couples. The video also gives sexual tips for honeymooners and post-pregnancy tips to give new mothers a renewal of sexual confidence.

The DVDs were produced and are distributed by Fit4Sex, LLC, and are available now through Fit4SexWorkout.com.
