"This has nothing to do with the current financial crisis as we are only down about 15 percent in income," PanchoDog owner and founder Rico said in the announcement. "That 15 percent will be back to normal with the new site launches. Of course, over time, sales will continue to rise with all we have planned, if we are unable to get what we are looking for in terms of a buyout."
The five affiliate programs for sale are PanchoDog.com, WeConvert.com, CrazyBank.com, SheDevilDollars.com and CashFromStars.com. They are available singly or as a group.
All programs will be merged under one umbrella by the end of January under NATS, Rico said. There will be a common administrator for CCBill affiliates as well so CCBill affiliates can use the affiliate programs' tools, linking codes and other connectivity items for all programs, as well as NATS at PanchoDog.
"As far as I know we are the only program to offer straight CCBill affiliate system and NATS Affiliate system under one program, working side by side," Rico told XBIZ.
PanchoDog will launch nine new performer-driven sites over the next few weeks, which also are part of the deal, and will deliver six months to a year of updates to those sites that update, depending on negotiations, Rico said.
"I'm moving on to other endeavors that will be announced soon," Rico said. "We are looking for a cash buyout. No payment plans, no partnerships."
