The tour will give webmasters a chance to preview Stockroom’s new affiliate program, scheduled to launch in January, said Mike Herman, Stockroom’s president.
During the tour, conference attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at Stockroom’s three-story, 30,000-square-foot, 1920s era building and observe the production, design, and warehousing process in action. The tour will conclude at the top floor of the loft-style offices overlooking Sunset Boulevard where Stockroom founder Joel Tucker and other staff will be on hand to meet with guests.
Food will be catered by Italian restaurant Andiamo and leather and latex clad waitresses will serve drinks. Prizes will be awarded for bad behavior to a few lucky deviants. Dominatrix Isabella Sinclaire, owner of fetish studios Gwen Media and Ivy Manor Films, will teach individual lessons and Gwen Media models will play games with guests.
Webmaster Access, which gathers online executives at meetings in Amsterdam, New York City and Los Angeles, will transport attendees at the three-day event from the Sheraton Universal Hotel conference center to the Stockroom headquarters on Sunset Boulevard.
"Every year Webmaster Access expands just a little more," said Eric Matis, the show coordinator and vice president of marketing and industry relations for ICS Entertainment, a division of Playboy Entertainment Inc. "This year Stockroom is opening the eyes of webmasters and expanding the minds of those intrigued by the fetish market."
Stockroom.com, also known as JT's Stockroom, was started in 1988 by then college student Joel Tucker, and has served the Internet community since 1989.
The tour will be from 2 to 5 p.m. at 2809 1/2 W. Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90826 and is open to attendees of Webmaster Access.
