Playgirl Announces Joe the Plumber Search

NEW YORK — Jumping on the political bandwagon, the Playgirl.com website is looking for "the world’s hottest Joe the Plumber."

Plumber Joe Wurzelbacher gained fame in the last few weeks after confronting Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama with questions about Obama's tax plans when Obama was campaigning in a Toledo, Ohio, suburb.

"We can't think of a better way to say thank you to all of the Americans that make up this great country other than to celebrate the 'Joe the Plumbers' and the 'Joe Six Packs' by featuring their hot bods in the December 2008 online issue," a press statement said.
