The Lost Soul

Disruptive Films has made their brand in genre-bending storylines that might include overblown emotions, suspense, or outlandish plots with taboo themes. In "The Lost Soul," an episode of "The Porn Outer Limits," two stories find two people learning the hard way that not every sexual encounter is meant to be.

Carter Woods is mourning his partner. He hopes to find some solace and a fresh start in his new home; the only problem is that it's haunted by a demon twink, a.k.a. the eponymous "Lost Soul" Hoss Kado. After an expo dump about his dead partner to his realtor, he spends some time alone.

Woods wakes up after an epic coughing fit and finds Kado, who is obscured by some bad CGI. It turns out he's fading in and out of existence because he needs sustenance — i.e., cum — to keep himself on this mortal plane of existence.

Kado offers to even use the soul of his dead boyfriend. That should have been the first clue — never trust a demon twink! Woods starts with oral, and then, it's off to the races.

Kado proved himself to be a star of Disruptive Films with his turn as the lead in their "Saltburn" parody "Honeyguide." These films have a bit of a "Tales from the Crypt"/"Tales from the Darkside" vibe, with fun vignettes needing a little something extra to take them to film territory. That being said, Disruptive's commitment to keeping story alive in porn is serving the studio well, and the bold risks are giving them better name recognition.
