Casey Calvert enjoyed massive success in 2023, sweeping the XBIZ Awards in every category she was in; she earned Feature Director of the Year and Best Screenplay for Season 2 of "Primary." Now comes the series finale, and what a finale it is! Again, this volume does not include the entire story or all the scenes, but viewers will get enough to give them the overall idea of the quality and passion exhibited in the series. The cast (kept completely intact since the series inception) is top-notch and introduces two newcomers (Codey Steele and Siri Dahl) and brings the story of each polyamorous couple to a definitive close. The story starts by introducing Dean (Codey Steele) and Violet (Siri Dahl), an open couple who are connected to couples Abigail (Ana Foxxx) and Parker (Derrick Pierce) as well as Eva (Kira Noir), Olivia (Victoria Voxxx), and Jacob (Small Hands). Dean is the assistant director for the movie adaptation of Parker's latest book, while Violet is the music producer hired by Small Hands to craft a music video for Olivia's debut single to kickstart her first tour. After a fun dinner, Dean and Violet decide they aren't quite ready for bed, instead engaging in a romantic sex nightcap. Siri Dahl is really sexy, and my word, what an amazing body she has! The way Codey worships her body is exactly the way I would imagine any of her lovers would fawn over her perfection. The scene is tender and passionate while still maintaining that hard edge people like to see in their porn. Really wonderful stuff!

Meanwhile, Parker is frustrated with the direction the film adaptation of his script, but Ana isn't much help when he comes home looking for comfort. Instead, he finds her in bed, in their home, with the delectable Agatha Vega. While their coupling is certainly in line with his sexual arrangement with his wife, this particular tryst hit at the worst time for him. And what a tryst it is! Agatha's tattooed body is deliciously curvy, and watching her writhe in Ana's capable arms is sexually cathartic. Ana and Agatha go all in on each other, grinding their pussies against each other with almost reckless abandon. Their hands rove over each other with care, mouths descending on one another with patient hunger.

Parker eventually finds the solace he's been looking for in the arms of Ryan Keely, an old friend and coordinator on the film. Parker ravishes her body relentlessly, taking out his frustration on her willing surrender. She submits to his frantic pounding, overwhelmed by his vigor and the pleasure coursing through her body. Parker, on the other hand, grins like a maniac as he unleashes all his pent-up fury on Ryan's body in a sexual exorcism.

The volume's final sex scene is so unique that I'm almost positive I've never seen anything like it depicted in porn before. Eva, saddened when Olivia stands her up for a date night, gets a timely text from an old flame. In a moment of weakness, Eva ends up sexting with him in the bathtub. It's one of the most unique and hottest sex scenes I've ever seen in a porn release, and I applaud director Calvert for showcasing it.

Season 3 is the perfect sendoff to the "Primary" story. It's relevant, sexy, and authentic, and serves as the crown jewel of Calvert's directing career so far. Porn could use more directors with her style, vision, and dedication to sexual storytelling.
