Doctor’s Origins

A young resident doctor and a plastic surgeon both abuse their power to take advantage of young patients at their most vulnerable in this taboo tale of sordid sex.

Bree Mills and her Pure Taboo brand are known for pushing the boundaries of sexual expectations. The studio has made a career out of portraying scenarios that explore the darkest corners of human sexual desires and this film is no different as the two scenes feature young girls being manipulated by older men in positions of power.

Sometimes it can be hard to admit that scenarios like this can excite you, but for those willing to embrace their taboo carnal desires, these scenes deliver.

Arya Fae and Donny Rock:

Dr. Marshall (Mills) is doing her final rounds of the night with new resident Dr. Bill (Donny Rock). They are down to their last two patients when Marshall is called away on an emergency, leaving Bill to perform the final examinations of the night in the outpatient area. While the first patient remains asleep due to pain medication, Bill talks the young accident victim into letting him fuck her under the guise of re-adjusting her cervix which he claims was damaged in the car crash she suffered.

Here’s the thing about scenes like this, the excitement lies in the taboo nature of the setup. For it to work, everyone has to play their part effectively or the fantasy is broken and it the scene becomes a standard boy/girl sex encounter. Luckily for the audience, Arya Fae absolutely nails her performance. She’s perfectly vulnerable, understandably desperate and believably uncomfortable. The entire fantasy hinges on her ability to stay in character and she pulls it off beautifully. Her facial expressions convey a real sense of confusion and fear, but her fear isn’t limited to Dr. Bill, you can tell she’s also afraid of her abusive boyfriend and the prospect of surgery.

Watch her face during the sex, she’s uncomfortable, but somewhere under her fear there’s a hint of enjoyment that she can’t quite contain. It’s exactly the reaction this fantasy needs in order to be viable. Really strong character work from Arya here. Donny too does a great job portraying the slimy doctor who seems just caring enough to make you periodically forget that he’s taking absolute advantage of this poor girl. He really holds his own against Arya’s strong performance. In addition to the taboo nature of the manipulative doctor, there’s a public voyeur element as well as the sleeping patient presents the constant risk of them getting caught. It’s all very exciting.

The sex itself is nice. Arya has a succulent, peach-shaped ass and Donny’s cock fills her to the brim. All the sex takes place on her squeaky hospital bed and the nature of the setting forces the positions to highlight Arya’s legs which is awesome, particularly the spoon, which looks fantastic.

Also, the doggie with Arya just hanging over the side of the bed like a rag doll is the exact kind of disregard from Dr. Bill that makes the scene work. The finish sees Dr. Bill drop his load on the bed (a striking physical reminder of the encounter) and depart with a callous and hollow message of comfort. This is the scene right here; Arya’s face tells the entire story. Again, fantastic work by her.

Adria Rae and Tommy Pistol:

The encounter in this scene revolves around a breast augmentation consultation between Patricia Anderson (Rae) and surgeon Tommy Pistol. Patricia is a young woman struggling to earn enough money for a breast enlargement in hopes that the enhancement will lead to greater self-efficacy and a rejuvenated pride in her womanhood.

It’s a very genuine concept that will likely speak to many female viewers. After an initial examination, Pistol declines to do the procedure, determining it to be unnecessary. However, after a poignant confession from Adria, he is moved to perform a lower examination on her to determine whether there are any other risk factors present (and of course he discovers a vaginal problem).

The callous way in which Tommy approaches the sex fits the scene perfectly. He’s at the same time uninterested and aggressive. Watch him during the early oral, he looks like he could care less about what’s happening, and then inexplicably his demeanor changes to one of almost anger and he takes on a sort of punishing mentality. It’s very good work from him as usual. The man is a true master of his craft.

The standing side spoon is awesome because it shows off Adria’s cute ass perfectly and her timid expression through those huge owl-rimmed glasses feeds the taboo factor of the scene like gasoline on a campfire. The doggie style is especially naughty due to the way Adria leans back on her legs. It’s a subtle thing, but it really fits the mood and when Tommy mounts her and slams her from behind like a piston, the excitement is palpable.

Without the story element, these positions would be fairly standard, but they carry extra sexual weight because of the narrative accompanying them and that is the strength of feature-based porn. Dr. Pistol ends the encounter with a throwaway attitude that solidifies his predatory nature and the viewer is left with a very real conundrum concerning their feelings. Were they aroused? Should they have been? If you’re watching this movie, you probably already know the answer to both those questions!

This is my first Pure Taboo film and after watching it, I can understand why viewers are drawn to this studio. These are the stores we aren’t supposed to be aroused by, but are. It doesn’t make us bad people, it just means there are certain scenarios that we fantasize about the society might look upon with a raised eyebrow.

Bree Mills provides people with a place where they can indulge themselves in these sordid fantasies without fear of reprisal or judgment. We all need an outlet and Pure Taboo provides a very real outlet for people who want to embrace the dark side. This is a good movie, sort of in the vein of “Tales From the Darkside.” Arya and Adria both do a great job (Arya especially) and Tommy Pistol shows once again what makes him one of the top performers in the business today.
