Dr. Dorian Ferro is supposed to be examining Woody Fox for a hernia or some sort of medical issue (the fuck flick's tagline is, "The doctor is in ... inside his patient's ass!") but he is understandably distracted by the handsome, slender and long-haired dreamboat.
