Hardcore Circus

This is pretty much a vignette-driven title, with a vague framing device about a maligned porn director who has a series of erotic visions or dreams, and the scenes all deliver satisfying hardcore action with a dash of fetish.

Lee Stone makes a fine circus strongman as he cleans busty little blond Madison Scott over his head and finally jerks off on her perfect fake tits. The totally not related Evan Stone takes on slender alt babe and director Kimberly Kane, who also appears as a snide news reporter. All-star sub Audrey Hollander takes a survey of anal studies with her usual dude, Otto Bauer. Lavish Styles and her flawless rack treat Tommy Gunn’s carny to a good time. And, of course, the great Ron Jeremy appears in a nice scene with the curvy Lilly Lovely.

But let’s pause a moment and raise a toast to director McLean, who oversaw a full-scale production and construction project for this title, most of which takes place inside an actual big-top tent, complete with three rings, clown cars and the whole schmear.

The title also boasts costuming that would be at home on any episode of HBO’s “Carnivale,” and if I had to complain about anything in the movie, it’s a slight lack of visual atmosphere. McLean shoots everything in natural, white light, whereas I think the movie could have benefited from some more amber and earth tones. But that’s a small beef. This one’s a winner.
