Quincy Talks Evolution From Circus Pro to Camming Ringleader

Quincy Talks Evolution From Circus Pro to Camming Ringleader

Hailing from a multi-generational circus family, Quincy mastered the trapeze arts and traveled the world as she performed in front of cheering audiences during her teenage years and early 20s.

“It was terrific; I am not going to lie!” she recalls. “It was very different to everyone else’s life growing up.”

People love to watch me put on a show and then chill and game like a big group of friends just casually hanging out.

She lived a nomadic lifestyle, commanding the stage as part of a lineage that encompassed dancers, acrobats, clowns and jugglers, before the inevitable changing of the horizon with every sojourn, with each rise and fall of the circus tents. Well-kept elephants were a regular fixture in her surroundings, and to this day, are a favorite animal of hers.

So while she did complain about wanting to be a “normal kid,” going to one school at a time and living in one place where she could set down some roots, in retrospect she feels immense pride for the unique world she was born into, because it taught her so much.

“It showed me so many cultures and it’s thanks to that lifestyle that I was able to travel to amazing places and meet so many amazingly talented people,” she remembers fondly. It also led the young Irish-Colombian to learn four different languages along the way, not only to speak with family and friends, but regional dialects as well.

But she does acknowledge that such frequent globetrotting had its melancholy downsides. Not only did her family change which circuses they performed with every year, but every week, she would attend a new school, so there were many sad goodbyes.

“But I still keep in contact with many amazing people,” she assures. “The circus industry is also a very small community, so I do miss meeting new people every year, as well as the big BBQs we would all have after a long day of shows. Like everything, it has its pros and its cons.”

Of course, such a colorful background provides engaging conversation-starter fodder, she acknowledges, as many people she meets find her past intriguing.

“It’s an extraordinary life and it has taught me so many amazing things that I wouldn’t have learned or known if I was the ‘normal kid’ I wanted to be,” she said.

That comfort in the ring eventually led her to exploring a different kind of performance, in front of the ringlight, because in 2013, right as she was about to masturbate to some spicy content on Pornhub, she saw advertisements for live models.

“I always thought, ‘Are they really live or is this just some scam?’” she explains, “So I began doing some research, after I masturbated of course, and I saw that it was not a scam but a real thing.”

For the next couple years, she watched lots of models, becoming a frequent viewer and tipper in the process, while joining forums and learning all she could about the camming industry. What especially inspired her was that she quickly realized live-streaming was just another art form, another way to perform and show off her skills.

So in August 2015, she decided she wanted to do it, because she was confident she would excel at it. After signing up for MyFreeCams, she pressed the “go live” button and started her first-ever stream. As the years flew by, she traveled to events like XBIZ Miami and XBIZ Berlin, meeting many famous stars, creators and power players, while earning numerous award nominations.

In 2019, she was crowned Rising Cam Star at the XBIZ Cam Awards, and her star truly did continue to rise, as she became a renowned Twitch streamer, ePlay ambassador and regular panelist at trade shows ever since.

From acrobatic light shows to competitive gaming hijinks on the Playstation 5 and PC, and no small amount of small penis humiliation dominatrix videos, Quincy has expanded her repertoire to a multifaceted virtual circus of one. She regularly draws thousands of viewers and on ePlay alone, she has 150,000-plus followers, with a 30,000 follower strong Twitch channel as well.

This January, she triumphed once again, reaching the pinnacle of camming heights with the crowning glory of Cam Model of the Year on the grand stage at the Hollywood Palladium, where the XBIZ Awards transpired just days after she hosted the first-ever X3 Expo video game competition in full Mario-inspired Peach regalia. And as our featured cam star for April, she goes all out with an exclusive photoshoot and interview that celebrates her circus roots and how they have blossomed into a glorious camming career.

XBIZ: How did your background as a live performer impact your approach to camming?

QUINCY: For me, it was just like working in the circus ring. I was putting on a show, but instead of hearing the claps and screams from the audience, I listened to the tip sounds and saw viewers spam emotes in the chat. Again, I was putting on a show, and I have show business in my veins, and we love to hear the applause; this time, it was slightly different.

What I do on stream, which I never did in the circus ring, is show people my true self. People love to watch me put on a show and then chill and game like a big group of friends just casually hanging out. So camming was relatively easy to start. I wasn’t shy or embarrassed. I still love streaming! It’s what I do most content-wise. I stream five to 12 hours a day, which is a bit longer than your average circus show, but there is so much you can do and create while live streaming.

XBIZ: From adult camming to becoming a Twitch personality, tell us your biggest career milestones over the past few years.

QUINCY: I am so happy I discovered Twitch, threw myself into that world and was in many podcasts and dating shows. It put my name out there in the mainstream world. The traffic was insane, which helped me grow my social media, especially sign-ups to my adult platforms.

Being on dating shows on Twitch, where there were always 50-100,000 viewers (recently topping 150,000), helped me grow massively on OnlyFans and my other platforms. I gained a big following on Twitch, which expanded my little community into a much bigger one.

I also got to meet and collaborate with many mainstream entertainers I have admired for many years. I gained around 5,000 fans on my OnlyFans and collaborated with other Twitch and female creators. Because Twitch helped to put me out there, that led to me being noticed by ePlay.

XBIZ: What led you to team up with ePlay and become an ambassador for the brand?

QUINCY: So, ePlay approached me a few times, talking about their site. I’m not going to lie; I thought to myself, “Here goes another company that is trying to make another cam site.” But after a few more meetings, I was very interested and delighted to hear that ePlay enjoyed catering to the creator’s needs, and they wanted to create a site that, to be honest, would be the cam site of my dreams.

At the same time, I was looking for a place to stream my NSFW streams again, and so it turned out that ePlay walked into my life at the right time! ePlay also offers a fantastic percentage and a great referral program. As a creator on the site, you can refer your fellow creators, and when they sign up and reach a minimum payout, you, as the creator, will receive $200! Like, isn’t that just amazing? There is so much income to make on ePlay. I am excited to be an ambassador (Key Club member). I genuinely believe that ePlay is a platform everyone should try out.

XBIZ: Discuss how your cam shows have evolved over time and what your fans most enjoy seeing when they spend time with you.

QUINCY: My streaming style has changed so much and continues to change all the time. I always like trying new things and love returning to old stuff occasionally. At the start of my career, I streamed the kinds of things a traditional cam model would do, sitting there and talking or doing specific things for tips. It was hours and hours of talking.

Then, I started doing goals for crazy shows where I would perform a cumshow, but with a comedy twist to it; I once dressed up as Charlie Chaplin and did a 10-minute show walking around and doing silly things, and then it ended with me cumming. It might seem crazy, but the audience went crazy for it. I even started doing shows where I was muted most of the time, and viewers had to tip to reach a specific goal for me to talk.

I soon dove into the gaming style of streaming, where I’d game with my other streamer friends and close community members as viewers vibe me with toys controlled by their tips, distracting me while I try to win a match. My fans loved that they could interact more with me while I did streams like that. And now I do a mixture of all that and much more. I can’t wait to see what craziness I develop next to keep my audience on their toes.

XBIZ: Talk about your strategy for engaging fans when you’re not live, such as on Discord and other social media.

QUINCY: I am super close and engaging with my community, especially on Discord! If you don’t have Discord, you are missing out. It’s where we hang out 24/7. We have sections for every topic we are into, such as movies, games, pets and worldwide news.

I host movie nights on my Discord too, where my community all comes together to watch movies. We even have game nights where we hang out in voice chats. And, of course, I post on social media, but Discord is the number one place to hang out with me and the rest of the Quincy gang!

I like to keep my community up to date on what’s going on in my life and up to date on future projects to remind them of the exciting things that will be coming up soon in the year. It’s important to mention when you are having a break or not going to be around for a while, and then have scheduled posts when you are away so you are still present and they won’t forget you.

XBIZ: What kind of content do you enjoy making? What seems to sell the best?

QUINCY: I enjoy making all kinds of content, which is why I make an effort to provide a diverse array rather than just focusing on one thing to the exclusion of all else. For instance, I absolutely love creating findom, dom, SPH and crazy customs content, like dressing up as a clown and riding a bike with a dildo on the seat. It all sells like hotcakes! I’m not going to lie though; I especially love making those spicy humiliation videos, especially after a stressful day. I can sit there and create a video and let out all my frustrations and anger and not feel bad about being mean because the person on the other side is getting off to it big time! Haha.

XBIZ: Talk about which other stars and creators most inspire you, personally and professionally.

QUINCY: I admire so very many amazing creators like Mia Malkova, Amanda Nicole and Abella Danger, just to name a few of my favorites. They have an amazingly loyal following, and I greatly admire their work. I also have a few creators that I have become close to these last few years and consider family, who I look up to because their work ethic is just so very impressive. Sofia Rose, Xander Corvus, Carla Sophie, Sabien DeMonia and Rose Isstar are just a few of the amazing ones I’m fortunate enough to call friends in this industry. This year, I plan to collaborate with all of them in different ways!

XBIZ: What was it like winning XBIZ Cam Model of the Year and sharing your insights on panels the week before?

QUINCY: I was in complete and utter shock! I did not expect it at all, because I was up against so many outstanding and talented cam performers, all of whom I also look up to. As some of you might have seen, my acceptance speech was very short and all over the place, haha. And when I look back, it all seems like a blur to me. It felt like I stood on the stage for too long, but after seeing video recordings of that unforgettable moment, it was actually very short. I also forgot to thank so many amazing people due to being in complete shock. I walked off the stage, pinching myself and immediately called my Ma!

So, I would like to thank XBIZ for again putting on a fantastic show. I want to thank ePlay for having me on this incredible platform where I can showcase all my talents and provide a safe place for my community. Thank you also to my incredible Quincy Gang, and yes of course, even my haters! If not for them, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Haters make me just wanna make them hate me more by proving how many amazing things I can do, and they will never stop me from succeeding more and more in this fantastic industry. And most importantly, I want to thank my Mum. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t be where I am now. She has always supported me in all my dreams; thank you, Ma!

XBIZ: Discuss your goals for the rest of the year and what fans can look forward to.

QUINCY: I have so many amazing things I want to do this year! My fans can look forward to seeing many collaborations with amazing women. My dream is to also feature in Playboy; I have wanted to do it for as long as I can remember, trying to manifest it for years now. So I hope that can be something I can do in the future.

I have so many unique ideas. I want to film some pro girl-on-girl shoots, doing more traveling where I can make fun content and special travel streams. For instance, I plan to do a coast-to-coast trip of the U.S. I want to also start a business where I shoot photos and videos for other performers. I would even like to dive into some pro boy/girl scene work, but we will just have to wait and see! Also, I will be doing a lot of gaming, spending time together with my fans in Discord.

Basically, 2023 is going to be wild. And again, I am just so happy to have won Cam Model of the Year. It was one of my goals for a long time and amazingly, I achieved that. But next, I am going for Performer of the Year, haha. Brazzers … call me!
