Flirting Like a Pro on Cam

Flirting Like a Pro on Cam

As I have discussed in past articles, being a successful webcam model is multi-faceted. There is not one magic bullet which will make you a top model. It’s much like being a successful YouTuber. Anyone can post a video, just like anyone can get on a webcam platform and broadcast. But only the ones that are standout will be successful.

The main difference is that to be successful as a webcam model, you will need to be an amazing flirt. I can’t give you a “How to” on being seductive, per se. However, I am a guy, and I know what works with me. I’ll give you real-world examples, these are all things that the woman I am enamored with does and keeps me interested in her.

It’s better to hold back a little and give the illusion of mystery than to give too much upfront. Just an example, but if a member wants to do an anal how, you may want to let him know that you don’t do that on the first date.

Leave the members wanting more. It’s better to leave the members wanting more. Don’t ever give members the impression that you have said and done all things with them, because you will lose your advantage with them if you do so. It’s better to hold back a little and give the illusion of mystery than to give too much upfront. Just an example, but if a member wants to do an anal show, you may want to let him know that you don’t do that on the first date. Treat your shows like dates and the members will be more likely to come back for more.

Give the member something to remember you by. Most cam sites have a message center that you can send messages to members. Send the member a quick photo to remember the fun time you had together. Send the member a fun but lite message as well, this will allow the member to be more relaxed with you. It will also remove the transaction from your interaction, which is the key to cultivating a whale member.

Make him feel like your time is a privilege. This is a simple one. When the member comes back, there is a balancing game to play with the member. You want to be inviting, but also a little coy as well. Imagine that you’re at a bar and the member comes in and he’s someone that you know, and maybe want to hook up with. You wouldn’t spend your whole night with him right? Because believe it or not, models online can get really clingy too. Especially when they see a member with a high balance enter the room. Every member is a little different with this, so you can’t have one way to act with all members. Take the bar/club perspective and use that to help you read the room. It will give you a chance to tailor the best experience for members. Just like in the club, you know every guy that approaches you wants sex, but you make them get to know you before you have sex with them, online is no different.

Just be yourself. I realize that this sounds very simple, but sometimes it’s easy to lose sight of your online persona in the chase to be what the member wants you to be. You may lose out on a little money in the short term, but in the long run if you stay true to the core of your character, you’ll attract the right people. The most successful models on all platforms get the majority of their money from 5-10 members. In fact our newly crowned Cams.com Model of the Year, PrincessRall had 85 percent of her earnings came from seven members. What she does better than any of our models is that she has her character and she never goes outside of that. She doesn’t do anal, and no matter how much guys ask for it, she refuses and holds the line. Of course, she could just give in and do anal for quick shows, but she has cultivated a solid group of members. They respect her more for it, and she made a solid six-figure income this year for sticking to her character.

As in the real world, flirting is about taking what’s in you and making the guys more interested in you. When it’s most successful, you won’t consciously be thinking about it. That’s when you are a flirting master. Like the woman that has captured my heart. It’s completely organic, and I would do anything for her. This is what you’re looking for as well.

Account-to-Account Payments: The New Banking Disruptor?
